• • Analyzed legacy manual hotel workflows and conducted business process mapping to design a streamlined, digitized reservation system architecture.
• • Designed and developed a Full-Stack application utilizing Next.js, React, and Shadcn UI/Tailwind CSS for the frontend, powered by a Node.js (Express.js) and MySQL RESTful API backend.
• • Implemented a robust Multi-Role Authentication system tailored for three distinct user types: Owner: Built a real-time analytics dashboard providing comprehensive financial and operational reports. Frontliner Employee: Created operational modules to manage online/walk-in reservations, seamless check-in/check-out processes, and payment verification workflows. Guest: Developed an intuitive end-user interface for browsing available rooms, booking online, and securely uploading bank transfer payment receipts.
